We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pediatric Clinician to join our practice on weekends in a moonlighting capacity. As a Pediatric Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pediatric care to our young patients. The Atria team is committed to providing personalized care in the comfort of our patients homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Pediatric Patient Care:
    • Conduct examinations and assessments of pediatric patients as needed on urgent home care visits.
    • Diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
    • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the primary care team.
  • Preferred procedural skills:
    • Pediatric procedures, including but not limited to IV administration, vaccine administration, phlebotomy, and urine catheterization.
    • Ensure the comfort and well-being of pediatric patients during procedures through effective communication and a compassionate approach.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with parents or guardians, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all pediatric patients.
    • Document procedures, treatments, and follow-up care

Compensation: $110 - $120 per hour

Requirements

Requirements

  • Board certification in Pediatrics, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, or Pediatric trained NP/PA with extensive experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in pediatric medicine.
  • Valid state medical license, NP specialty license or state PA license.
  • Schedule availability for variable weekend on call assignments.
