Bread and butter outpatient practice with support staff
Includes two full-time APPS, eliminating the need for physician supervision
Pediatricians average 20 patients per day

Accepting 2025 Graduating Pediatric Residents
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary for the first two years
Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, CME allowance, fully covered malpractice insurance, professional expense coverage, and student loan assistance options
Quarterly production bonuses from Year 3 onwards, averaging $30,000 - $40,000
Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and relocation reimbursement of up to $10,000
