Need someone who can be at client location from day one. Location: St Paul, MN Try to submit GC/USC or senior H1 around 14+ years. Rate keep as low as possible. We need Sr strong resources who is very strong in Pega and can take initiative and help drive work forward. Need someone who can innovate and strategize and not just implement and lead. Who are we looking for? Pega certified LSA capable of leading the onsite offshore team with Pega Express Methodology and Center Out Approach Good breadth of technology and projects with hands on architecture and design capabilities for large set of applications. Ability to drive the business value through explicit identification of Pega features and their mapping to business objectives. Ability to quantify the business value through cost savings, time optimization and automation. Ability to build prototypes, demos and create Technology Point of Views on emerging platform features. Excellent communication and client engagement skills with good written articulation of technology and functionality. Experience of liaising with Sr. management, Program management teams and other dependent teams to drive solutions and technology decisions without delays. Readiness to often visit office and meet client stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
