Hourly Rate: $111 W2; $128 CTC/1099
Job Description:
This position will drive the redesign/reimplementation of the ERP Absence Module. Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to) preparing workflow diagrams of the current system/process, identify areas of improvement, prepare workflow diagrams supporting recommended changes, document the reasons for making the changes, meeting with stakeholders to discuss changes, leading workgroup to gather business requirements, prepare functional designs based upon business requirements, communicate with developers on the functional design, conduct system testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, assist business areas with preparing training materials, work with STAR staff on preparing a deployment plan, monitor for post deployment issues and make corrections.
Required Skills:
- Leading or Managing a PeopleSoft Absence Reimplementation, (5 years)
- At least 10 years of Absence Module experience, (10 years)
- At least 15 years of experience with Peoplesoft. (15 years)
