JOB BRIEF:

• Seeking a People Analytics Analyst to join our team as we manage through hyper-growth. The role consists of two main parts:

• Dashboard Standardization: reimagine our People tableau dashboards, build, and standardize a suite of reporting.

• Dashboard Optimization: Optimize backend SQL design and improve the dashboard performance.

• The winning candidate is a data visualization expert with exceptional Tableau and SQL skills. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to quickly adapt and persevere in the face of ambiguity, and has a results-oriented mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Standardize our people analytics and recruiting analytics dashboards. Work with our external data partners to ensure accurate data and reporting.

• Publish an interactive and visually appealing Dashboard.

• Monitor the integrity and validity of the data

• Work with a variety of databases (Redshift, Snowflake, MySQL, etc)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+Years of combined experience across Business Intelligence, Data visualization, and/or People Analytics or Workforce Planning

• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and managing Tableau dashboards

• Strong experience with SQL (relational databases, data validation, writing efficient code for big data)

MUST HAVES:

• 3+ yrs. of combined experience across Business Intelligence, Data visualization, or People Analytics

• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to simplify complex data from various sources.
