About the Role:

The core ingredient of every success of our company has always been our people. Therefore our People Department is committed to creating a workplace where talent blossoms and people can bring their best selves every day. Having this in mind, well be expanding our EMEA-based People team with a US People Partner.

The US People Partner will be a trusted advisor for the Global Revenue Department, focusing on navigating both the leaders (CRO, managers) and the team members on any people-related topic. The Revenue Department consists of approximately 50 individuals (constantly growing), who are primarily located across the US, but also in Australia, MEA, and Europe. You will be the bridge between the People Department and the Revenue Division, ensuring that all HR programs and initiatives bring maximum value to our people. Finally, you will take an active role in executing core HR processes and Services while ensuring adherence to our culture and compliance with Federal and state-specific regulations. In a nutshell, we expect you to build strong relationships with all types and levels of leadership and at the same time be capable of adding HR value on a strategic as well as tactical level.

Youll have full people partnering ownership of the whole revenue department and an opportunity to make a real difference in employees experience. To be successful in this role, one needs to have stellar communication skills, proven experience in stakeholder and change management in a tech company, and a good understanding of HR compliance issues in the US market.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders of the Revenue Division and coach them on people-related matters (performance, succession, hiring, culture, etc.)
  • Work with the People Team and business leaders to devise and implement successful People Strategies
  • Perform core HR processes such as onboarding of new hires, exit interviews, payroll & PTO management
  • Own the disciplinary and performance issues management process (from performance coaching to PIPs and terminations)
  • Run successful culture initiatives ensuring adherence to our values and an outstanding employee experience
  • Review and analyze data from Pulse and Engagement Surveys and Performance Reviews Cycles
  • Assist with company-wide and department-specific communication
  • Ensure compliance with US federal and state employment laws
  • Be an active advocate of HR processes and initiatives ensuring implementation success
  • Participate in ad hoc projects of the People Team

Requirements

  • Prior Experience in HR BP, HR Generalist, or HR manager roles ideally in fast-growing tech scaleups
  • Huge plus experience with working with Sales & Customer Success teams
  • Self Starter who assumes ownership of People Experience and culture
  • Good knowledge of federal and State Employment laws
  • Track record of successful design and implementation of HR processes and programs
  • A proven experience in working with multicultural interdisciplinary teams
  • Stellar interpersonal communication skills and experience with building relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to multi-task and work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment
  • Optimistic, energetic, and solution-oriented approach with hands-on ability to get things done.
