Job Description Summary

The People Reporting Consultant is a global reporting and metrics expert that delivers people reporting and analytics in collaboration with internal stakeholders. This role strives to design easy to use, dynamic reporting solutions. He/she partners with cross functional teams (TDS, People Org, Finance, etc.) to enable processes, data, and consults with reporting high quality insights in alignment with business requirements

  • Reporting to the Global People Reporting Manager, the position collaborates with a centralized, global team of Workforce Analysts to develop and deliver Workday reports
  • Understand the various operations across Cushman and Wakefield geographically and functionally
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy reporting mechanisms with a focus on workforce management and data quality
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them accomplish tier 2 reporting requests
  • Able to leverage Workday and Workday integrated products and features in building custom reports, advanced reports, and matrix reports to be consumed by all levels of People business and business line services
  • Applies people data subject matter expertise and analytical insight to Talent Acquisition, Management, or Compensation-related projects and initiatives and across all HCM areas
  • Creates and maintains reports and process documentation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and communicate the meaning of measures and metrics
  • Works independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues and leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Good communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to leverage data and analytics to influence decisions
  • Maintains confidentiality; appropriately protects employee personal data
  • Effectively prioritizes workload comprised of both transactional and project-based tasks
  • Provide end user support; deliver training and create and maintain process and technical documentation related to reporting
  • Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses of data and insights to aid business outcomes
  • Champions and executes on a metrics-driven culture. Supports applying, producing, and distributing metrics that support the function

Qualifications

  • 5 years of working experience people data
  • 3 years of working with Workday reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of workday (prior certification or workday Pro reporting preferred)
  • Experience in designing and developing business facing and internal reports with data visualization
  • Working knowledge and exposure across multiple functional areas such as Core HCM, Compensation, Reporting, Security, Talent and Recruiting
  • Expertise in developing Workday Reports and calculated fields
  • Customer service focus combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage collaborative relationships across all the business, regional and global functional areas
  • Ability to get to the heart of the problem and make sound and timely decisions to resolve
  • Experience working in a global model across time zones
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee lifecycle platforms and procedures
  • Highest personal and professional integrity and strong work ethics
  • Ability to articulate vision of transformation efforts and a sense of mission
  • Willingness to take charge and provide direction
  • Results orientated, willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidates experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
