Title: Peoplesoft Accountant (P&C preferred, but could consider health/life)

Duration: 8 week contract

Location: 100% remote within CST time zone

Industry: Insurance

Need claims accounting experience (dealing with deductibles, aggregates)

Also need PeopleSoft experience and working with TPA (Third Party Administrator)

Need strong problem solving and communication skills as well as strong excel skills

4-year accounting degree

5+ years insurance (P&C preferred, but could consider health/life)

This candidate will be working on a very specific project with a TPA and another accounting technical lead

They will be required to troubleshoot balances and come up with solutions to ensure the data is properly recorded to the PeopleSoft General Ledger.

They will also participate in a reconciliation re-design.
