Job Description : Must : C# (4+ year), NUnit (4+ year) OR XUnit (4+ year), Selenium (4+ year), JMeeter (4+ year), and BlazeMeter (1+ year). Performance test engineer with 10 plus years of C# engineering background in testing software implementation for our clients. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for performance testing for assigned products and their associated releases; includes creating new performance workflows, creating, and maintaining JMeter scripts and providing detailed reports that can easily highlight degradation in the application. This individual will be supporting the performance effort and supporting the testing team in their use of the performance solution. Responsibilities: Develop test cases, execute, analyze, and extract best practices from lessons learned. Continuously improve on the performance test plan, analyze, conduct test, identify performance bottleneck and extract best practices from lessons learned. Conduct stress testing of software and infrastructure. Publish results of performance tests, scalability assessments, and recommendations. Train others on techniques and lessons developed from analysis of software and infrastructure behavior. Work with engineering teams to help them improve performance of their application deployment. Work with engineering team to develop measurable improvements in targeted areas of performance. Understand system architecture, carry out root cause analysis of complex performance issues, analyze results and recommend solutions Required skills: Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in Performance Engineering role The core skills that are need are C# (4+ year), NUnit (4+ year) OR XUnit (4+ year), Selenium (4+ year), JMeeter (4+ year), and BlazeMeter (1+ year). Expert knowledge in hardware, software, and distributed applications environments and solid understanding of their associated capacity and performance indicators Strong skills in JMeter and/or other performance testing frameworks Hands on Experience in using scripting languages and open-source Performance tools Experience with distributed computing is a big plus Working familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle including version control, build process, testing, and code release Deeply self-motivated with the ability to work independently, coordinating activities within cross-regional and multi-functional teams Should have in depth experience of using the Tool Jmeter and Blaze Meter Should have hands on experience in C# Expected Work Culture: At a minimum, the ability to work from (8:00, 8:30 or 9:00am) to (5:00, 5:30 or 6:00pm) Monday through Friday. Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events. Ability to accept supervision. Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
