Role Description This is a full-time Performance Marketing Specialist role located in Delhi, India. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to maximize our brand's awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to optimize ROI and customer lifetime value through targeted advertising campaigns, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related. field At least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or luxury home decor industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns on Meta and Google for ecommerce business that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Expertise in using marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team of marketing enthusiasts!
