Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the director's diary, and providing general administrative assistance. The role requires strong clerical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Experience in diary management and general administrative assistance Strong clerical. skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
