Position Title: CEP Personal Banker
Business Unit: National Distribution Structure
Grade: Officer/Senior Officers
Report To: Branch Manager & to RSM
Job Purpose: To build very strong connects with Corporates and source salary accounts
Key Accountability: The key accountability of sales officers is source quality salary accounts and cross sell various banking products
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empaneled corporates
Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance , Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc.
Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month
Corporate employee engagement activities
Participate in corporate induction and migration events
Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor
