Assist with all activities of daily living to include:

• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other personal care requirements


• Medication reminders


• Companionship care and providing emotional support by listening to clients and providing appropriate responses


• Full transfers/ambulation


• Light housekeeping


• Meal preparation


• Accompanies client(s) to appointments
