Building relationships surrounded by trust and teamwork allows us to take the best possible care of our clients.

Since 2021, Eminence Home Care is a leading provider of home care services in New Hampshire. • Document all patient care activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation and running errands.

Requirements

What makes a good Licensed Nursing Assistant and/ or Personal Care Assistant?

A good LNA is a compassionate, supportive and well-rounded individual. Maintaining reliability and accountability is vital. As a home care worker, there is a great deal of independence in your day-to-day operations and this comes with the responsibility to promptly report any changes in status of your clients, to always arrive on time, and to communicate any anticipated changes in your schedule. These traits are imperative to provide the necessary support and comfort to recovering, disabled or frail clients. Being dependable and having a kind heart is necessary to be successful in this position.
