A Physical Therapy Clinic along the sunny coast of Southern California is looking for a full-time or part time, licensed Physical Therapist to join its team! This clinic located in Orange County, is an outpatient focused facility. With the beach, surfing, hiking, skiing, and more on your doorstep; this is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors and being close to a major city. This position comes with a $10,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance. Full time and Part Time positions are available.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Implement and modify treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and health
- Provide patient education regarding exercises, stretches, and techniques to improve function and prevent injury
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for physical therapy
- Attend relevant trainings and maintain current knowledge of physical therapy treatments, interventions, and resources
- Supervise and train physical therapy assistants or aides as needed
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or willingness to get one
- Experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
