Physical Therapist Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time physical therapist to join our outpatient team in Laurel, Montana. Your day-to-day will include working collaboratively with our nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 11-12 patients per day; from high-level athletes looking to return to sport, to patients simply looking to live without pain. Location: 204 E Main St, Laurel, MT 59044
Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annual equivalent or a self-directed option that uses revenue sharing with an expected annual rate of $80,000-$100,000. You will also receive $1,500-$2,000 in continuing education, and bonuses for board certification and clinical excellence.
Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range.
Ownership & Growth: This position will allow for professional pathways including clinical leadership in specialty areas, as well as clinic ownership opportunities if you become a Clinic Director in the future.
