Part time- Flexible Schedule
We are looking for motivated Physical Therapist to join us part-time in our clinic in Tallahassee, FL. Our ideal candidate provides quality physical therapy, has a good relationship with others and is a team player, and has a cheerful, outgoing demeanor. We are seeking a Physical Therapist who will speak to patients about their injuries and health concerns, assess their physical condition, and administer a comprehensive therapy regimen. Our clinic is open 5 days per week, and we are flexible on the days on which we need the PT to provide care, allowing you to customize your schedule!

Responsibilities:
Evaluate the level of patient function and performance needs
Develops the plan of care/treatment including long and short-term treatment goals, interventions, and the intensity, frequency, and duration of services
Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments appropriate to patient's needs
Provide high quality physical therapy, treatments, and modalities
Documentation- timely and accurate
Collaborate with the chiropractor and other members of the team for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Valid PT license in FL
Certified in dry needling a plus!
Schedule:
Part-time
Salary:
$35-$40/ hour
