A nonprofit services organization in New York City has a great Remote opportunity awaiting a newAnnual Campaign Fundraiser. In this role, the Annual Campaign Fundraiser (Remote)will be responsible for providing support to fundraisers to close portfolios for renewal donors across the country.

Responsibilities:

TheAnnual Campaign Fundraiser (Remote)will:

• Phone and email outreach to close an assigned portfolios of renewal donors who giveannually
• Ensure that accurate and complete task and activity notes are entered in the organization's constituent database (Salesforce)
• Coordinate with assigned frontline fundraisers and their teams on donor outreach efforts.
• Escalate any issues or complexities to senior team.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Consumer Sales and/or direct frontline Fundraising
• Demonstrable experience with Customer and Donor Interactions
• Hands-on experience with Cold Calling or direct Customer Engagement
• Computer savvy
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
