Proficiency with PingID products like PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
Understanding of various authentication and authorization protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Experience with integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud services.
Knowledge of Identity Management and Access Governance concepts, as well as user identity administration and lifecycle management. (link removed)>
Experience with configuring and administering multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions, such as PingID.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM systems, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with identifying and mitigating risks related to IAM systems and processes
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business owners, developers, and IT support teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and communicate technical concepts.
