Develop corporate relations and strengthen the institutional alliance by conducting different event like round table discussion, Webinar, Guest lecture, Sr. Management submit, HR conclave, campus placements & Internship.
Responsible for campus placements & internship
Developed corporate relations and strengthen the institutional alliance to explore quality of career profiles in companies
Responsible for managing the training, placements, networking with corporate across industry segment along with students placement coordinator
Focusing overall placement and understanding the company's and client's requirement, sourcing them the right profile
Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
Key task is to bring in new clientele and manage relationships with existing corporate Clients. Prepare forecast to project employment needs.
Work closely with the Executive team to provide strong leadership and direction.
To improve the quality of placements in terms of job opportunities, quality of companies that visit the campus and increase the average salaries year on year.
Counsel students regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases
Advocate students as and when required to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market
Guide students for successful result at the interview, before the interview process Starts
Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student for potential placements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Graduation from reputed University/Institutes
10 years of Placement experience preferably in education sector
Candidates with exposure and work experience in Edtech will be preferred
Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position.
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
