The Position: Drafting pleadings Prosecuting cases through written and oral discovery Drafting motions, oppositions and informal discovery statements Engaging in basic settlement discussions with opposing counsel Preparing and conducting trials and arbitrations (as second chair, at first) Managing law clerk and/or paralegal work through delegation and off-loading to ensure balanced team workload.
