Position Overview:
As a Plaintiff False Claims Act Attorney, you will play a crucial role in advocating for whistleblowers who bring forth allegations of fraud against government contractors and entities. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in False Claims Act cases. Your experience in this specialized field will be integral to securing justice and protecting the interests of those who expose fraud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze complex legal issues related to False Claims Act cases.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to build strong cases.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Advocate for justice on behalf of whistleblowers and protect the interests of the government.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in New Jersey or eligibility for reciprocity.
- Proven experience and expertise in False Claims Act litigation.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding justice.
