Job Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Are you a skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We are currently partnering with a reputable law firm based in Florida, seeking a talented attorney to join their team. The position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice
• Collaborate with legal and support teams to ensure effective case management
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury law

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• Proven experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
