What You Will Do:

  1. Provide exceptional legal support and guide our clients through the case process while maintaining positive relationships with our clients
  2. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law.
  3. Interact with expert witnesses by way of conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits
  4. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, heating, court appearances, and trials.
  5. Work closely with Litigation paralegals and other support staff.

Requirements

  • Law license and in good standing with the SC, NC or GA Bar Associations
  • 1-3 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation experience
  • OCD-type personality
  • A solid work ethic
  • A burning desire for unlimited growth
  • A commitment to stay current in your craft
