About The Role:

You will be part of the Facet service team and a key player in helping our planners deliver incredible comprehensive financial life planning and management to our members. As a Planning Administrator, you will collaborate with an awesome team of planners, supporting the work they do, and contribute to the delivery of an unparalleled Member experience (link removed) At Facet, we are firm believers that financial planners are essential to delivering high quality advice and highly effective support. Your job is to provide our planners the analysis and preparation they need to do their best for our Members. Youll be focused on supporting a team of planners by helping them manage their practice and keep their members raving about us.

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Directly support a team of planners working remotely across the country by ensuring they have ample information to provide financial plans to our members by researching questions, triaging issues, preparing information and a wide variety of other support activities.
  • Be a resource to ensure quality data inputs are used when creating financial plans and as a second point of contact for our Members
  • Help planners prepare for meetings by reaching out to Members to collect information, send meeting reminders, and enter data into tools for financial analysis
  • Generate reports on investment management solutions, including but not limited to review of portfolios and recommendations

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience performing Administrative support in the financial advice or investment industry
  • Superior interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional time and calendar management skills
  • Professional demeanor, personal integrity and an appreciation for the fiduciary responsibilities of putting the customer needs first
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback while being flexible in a fast-pace and changing environment
  • Proficient computer skills along with the ability to learn in-house software and tools This is critical as we are not only a financial services company but also a tech startup!
  • Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Companys environment, and effect quality online connections
    • A minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100
    • If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employees responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with or understanding of Employer- sponsored benefit packages (retirement plan offerings and generally what is offered for other benefits)
  • Understanding of basic investment accounts (401ks, brokerage, IRAs)
