This role is based out of Nelamangala, Karnataka(Outskirts of Bengaluru)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end plant operations starting from material inbound,

production, dispatch to CFA, quality control, plant consumables and spare

purchases, HR and plant administration.

Design and implementation of various performance improvement programs

through manufacturing and operations excellence programs.

Drive plant talent management strategy by continuous evaluation, upgradation,

coaching and mentoring the talent.

Building reliability into plant operations

Build a culture of safety and compliance across the plant.

Skills Required:

Production planning, operational excellence, manufacturing excellence, know how on food manufacturing related statutory and legal compliances

Qualification:

B.tech and higher
