We are looking for a well-qualified Commercial Journeyman Plumbers to join our team! Must be able to perform this job successfully, and each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this position.

Must have verifiable experience in commercial new construction, multi-family, and mixed-use projects along with having an aptitude of math, attention to details and must take immense pride in their work. This position is NOT for the faint of heart, it requires the ability to lift tools, material, and equipment up to 50 pounds, working in extreme conditions and temperatures. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND DEPENDABILITY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and sketches; construct, lay out or plan piping assemblies with respect to walls, structures, and other obstructions, allowing for expansion and contraction and alignment in accordance with city, state, and federal plumbing codes.

Construct various types of pipe joints for high or low-pressure systems, including threading, brazing, soldering, adhesive, etc. Install fittings, hangers, anchors, fixtures, and Unistrut systems.

Cut, fit, fabricate, and assemble a wide variety of articles, materials, and devices, including steel, copper, brass, plastic, cast iron, and corrosion-resistant pipe.

Work with Plumbing Foreman to ensure work is consistent with estimates, procedures, dimensional control, equipment, and manpower; keep them properly updated on progress schedules.

Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of JP Construction & Estimating Services.

Pay Range - $33.00 - $38.00 Per Hour
Weekly Pay - Every Friday

Minimum Requirements:

Must have 5+ Years of Experience in Commercial Plumbing Exp.
Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, and TI projects.
Location: Projects across the Valley
