Plumbing Coordinator: must be able to plan and supervise a wide range of plumbing projects
from start to finish. You will organize and oversee plumbing projects and ensure they are
completed in a timely, efficient and quality manner.
An excellent Plumbing Coordinator must be well-versed in all plumbing methodologies
and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals to achieve the best results. The
ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.
The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements
and without exceeding budget.
You will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business
decisions.
Responsibilities
Complete 30 to 50 plus plumbing calls a month
Understand all local (state) codes and update the office on any pertinent
changes
Instruct technicians and perform field training as needed
Supervise technician to ensure jobs are performed correctly and meet all local (state) codes
and requirements
Lead conference calls to instruct company technicians
Evaluate progress pictures, suggest and implement improvements
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Quality assurance
Liaison between local code enforcement and handle all infractions
Acquire any permits need to complete jobs to local (state) requirements
Loves to put a smile on customers face
Maintain a professional appearance to represent our business
Efficient and effective communication with home office and technician
team
Willing to travel within the state for major plumbing projects. 80% - 90% of work within 50-mile
radius
Requirements
Licensed plumbing professional in the state of operation that will qualify their market for
plumbing related jobs
In-depth understanding of plumbing procedures
Familiarity with codes and building requirements
Work hours from 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, weekends emergency only
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
10+ years' experience in Plumbing trade
Strong understanding of residential plumbing processes
Impeccable problem-solving skills
Love for the plumbing trade and impeccable people skills
Compensation/Benefits Package:
$60k Base salary + Monthly bonus
Monthly Bonus = 30 completions- $500 Bonus, 40 completions- $1k bonus, 50 completions- $1.5k bonus
Job stop bys and office stop bys also count as a completion
401k- we will match up to 4% of annual income = $3-4k extra income invested
