Position: Store Infrastructure Support Analyst/Specialist with POS/Retail experience

Location: Portland, OR

Position type: 4 months CTH by the client

Job Description:

• Experience in POS packages deployment in Stores and Push the POS packages to Store registers.


• Experience in Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for all stores of the client in the US.


• Experience and Support critical business systems with a focus on the point of sale(POS) module, POS hardware, card processing software, system configuration and user security.


• Experience in successfully deploying an Omni-Channel Point of Sale at a large US retail organization on-time, on-schedule and within budget close


• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management


• Experience in working with Point of Sale systems, specifically Oracle XStore or SAP/GK.


• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall


• Previous retail sales experience and/or experience working in a customer service environment is strongly preferred.
