VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.

VAM Systems is currently looking for Policy Management Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in policy formulation and documentation within the banking industry in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of UAE banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to analyse and interpret legislative and regulatory texts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Skills:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with policy owners to review, revise, and renew expired banking policies.
• Ensure all policy documents comply with UAE banking regulations and international best practices.
• 3Analyze and interpret regulatory changes and incorporate them into policy documents.
• Provide expert guidance on policy formulation, structure, and content.
• Facilitate effective communication between policy owners, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s products, services, and operational processes.
• Assist in the development of training materials related to new or updated policies.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all policy documents.
• Participate in policy-related meetings and provide expert recommendations.

Terms and conditions

Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)

The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
