Responsibilities and Duties for Parking Facility Maintenance:

• Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality


• Courteous and friendly


• Able to communicate effectively


• Able to stand for long periods of time


• Able to drive a golf cart


• Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:

• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred


• High School education or equivalent


• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
