Overview:

UNTUCKit is seeking an enthusiastic and industrious Post-Production Manager to oversee creative post production including stills and video for all print and digital assets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling multiple projects in accelerated timeframes and must be able to work efficiently, proactively, and autonomously. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as an eye for retouching and color, and the ability to understand and adhere to the UNTUCKit aesthetic and creative guidelines. This position reports to the Senior Director, Brand Visuals and is a key member of our in-house creative team.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee the entire post-production process from photo shoot to final deliverables including but not limited to: image/motion markups and feedback, trafficking asset releases and image delivery to external vendors and internal creative team, color proofs, color matching, light retouching, acquiring internal approvals where necessary, and quality assurance to ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all assets.
  • Work with the Creative Producer to manage the post production schedule. Liaise with editors, retouchers, and post houses to meet deadlines.
  • Budget: manage post production budget. Negotiate pricing; obtain, track and file invoices and payments related to post production.
  • Asset Management: organize and maintain assets on the server/archive. Handle requests internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 4+ experience working in post-production in house, at a creative agency, or post production house, preferably in a product or fashion environment. Understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, servicing and trafficking
  • Expert knowledge of photography, creative retouching, color & sound finishing; understanding of media file types and film deliverables
  • MacOS experience required. Must have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, Post-production Software (ex. Frame.io), Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs)
  • Strong experience in project management; developing timelines; and managing budgets
  • Impeccable verbal/written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and rise to creative challenges under tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Salary Range $85,000-$100,000
