BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent professional experience -
3+ years' experience -
MacOS automated deployments using JAMF -
Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud -
Avid Protools support of both software and hardware -
Stornext file systems -
File system administration (NFS,SMB & CIFS) -
Virtualization and VMware Technologies -
System vulnerabilities and security issues -
PCOIP experience using Teradici and Leostream -
Knowledge of Active Directory group management, routing, firewalls, TCP/IP and DNS -
The core responsibilities include (but are not limited to) providing break/fix support via our ticketing system as well as building, deploying, testing, and supporting our on- prem environments. -
Other duties include documenting new products and processes and creating upgrade procedures where applicable. -
The position requires a thorough understanding of various non- linear editing applications, storage and encoding systems. -
The position will be supporting some of the most recognized brands on the network. -
Have both Producing background and Audio
