Job Description
1 This position will be responsible for appraising and preparing credit appraisal memo for trade
advance proposals for tractor dealer
2 Ensuring strict adherence to Bank approved policies and KRIs
3 Preparation of post sanction documents
4 This position will be responsible for understanding market dynamics and suggesting product
features modifications for trade advance to tractor dealers.
5 This position will work closely with cross function team to ensure proper loan management
6 Closely interact with Product, Policy, Credit and Business team
7 Must track competitors and their best practices and develop market intelligence.
8 Visit field and provide for credit inspection and providing guidance to field credit/business
team on regular basis.
9 Track open PDD && deferrals to ensure timely closure
10 Bucket wise DPD analysis.
11 Ensure hygiene and compliance to extant guidelines (internal and external).
