Job Description

Developing a Life Insurance business in the assigned territory by

• Identifying, Recruiting, and training advisors for promoting Sales.
• Licensing them for selling
• Learning the details of Policies and their sales Pitch.
• Planning activities for Lead Generation
• Joint Calls with Advisors to meet customers.

Selection Criteria:

1. Age limit Between 25 to 35
2. Educational Qualifications UG / PG
3. A resident of the Same Location
4. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry
5. Job Nature Recruiting Insurance advisors from open market and procure the Life Insurance business through them.
6. Excellent Carrier Path Every year promotion gateway is there up to a maximum level of Rs. 10Lac CTC by achieving the targets.
