Job Title: Senior Associate

Location: Noida / Mumbai, India

Reporting Manager: Manager / Director

Shift: Should be comfortable working in night shift (10 pm to 7 am IST)

Should be flexible with shift and extended working hours

Role Summary:

Partnering with the service delivery team in creating, standardizing, automating process health metrics across locations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Creating and simplifying trackers for capturing key process performance metrics.
• Automate reparative processes using tools like VBA, Access, SharePoint, Microsoft apps and/or RPA.
• Create/design data lakes and use the source for creating performance dashboards using data visualization tools Power BI.
• Creating, deploying, and maintaining PowerBI dashboards across Business Units.
• Document and maintain version control of all tools.
• Assist in setting up Quality Measurement and Management.
• Analyze and provide actionable insights to BEST team and organization.
• Help delivery teams creating client facing dashboards/reports and presentations.
• Act as Individual Contributor and should be able to manage projects independently.
• Job requires working in alternate shifts/extended hours.

Technical:

• Expertise using MS office tools, VBA (advance), Power Point, Google docs, and Share-Point.
• Excellent knowledge of Data visualization tool - Power BI.
• Good knowledge in RPA tools [Power Automate (PowerApps)/UI Path/AA].
• Trained on process improvement tools like Lean and 7 QC tools will be an added advantage.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent Communication skills verbal and written.
• Excellent Presentation skills and ability to develop presentation material in a professional manner.

Education and Experience:

• Min. qualification - Graduate
• Should have minimum 4 years of experience in a similar profile.
• Comfortable in conducting Basic to Advance Excel trainings independently.
