Role: Power Platform Developer Location: Remote REMOTE WORK COMMENTS: 8:30 AM AZ Team Scrum Meetings. This is a full-time remote position. Local candidates are preferred but not required. POSITION SUMMARY: The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both the Power Platform and SharePoint and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage these technologies to solve business problems. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and develop solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop robust Power Apps (Canvas) solutions that integrate Power Automate and connect to SharePoint Lists (or other databases).
- Develop and customize SharePoint sites and solutions using SharePoint Online and (SharePoint Framework (SPFx) experience is a plus).
- Work with Business Analysis to understand business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Develop custom templates, solutions, and other reusable components to streamline the development process.
- Have a working knowledge of standards and best practices for the Power Platform.
- Create workflows, data integrations, and custom dashboards using Power Automate and Power BI.
- Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
- Work closely with QA to test and deploy solutions to ensure high-quality and error-free implementation.
- Work as a member of an Agile Scrum team to complete work in the required iterative time frame.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the Power Platform and SharePoint spaces.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - At least 2 years of experience in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate (cloud flows and RPA), Power BI, SharePoint Online, and SPFx.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification and SharePoint Developer certification are a plus.
