Northwest endodontics is seeking a professional Dental Office Manager to coordinate and oversee our practice's operations.

The Dental Office Manager's role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Office Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material/resources, and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience, and implement best practices across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience

Requirements

• Knowledgeable in insurance verification, claims, and resolution processes.
• Understanding of management of patient & insurance AR.
• Ability to maintain employee relations.
• Excellent payroll management & oversight.
• Understanding of P&L-Controlling expenses.
• Knowledgeable in standard OSHA & HIPAA practices & policies.
• 2+ years of managing a dental practice.
