We are looking for a Pre-Sales Support, Solutions Consultant to join our growing team! The Pre-Sales Support team supports The Vitality Groups sales force in communicating (primarily in written form) the value of the program to prospective clients. The Pre-Sales Support, Solutions Consultant will bridge the gap between prospective client needs and Vitality Solutions recommending and steering down the best path to generate the greatest shared value and position for long term success. This position consolidates inputs from sales, product, technical, and partner to marry them in a cohesive plan. They will work closely with the Manager of Pre-Sales support, larger Pre-Sales Support team, the Employer and Health Solutions sales team and subject-matter experts throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will: be detail and solution oriented; possess excellent communication and presenting skills, organizational and critical thinking skills. The Pre-Sales Support, Solutions Consultant should have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as comfortably and confidently present to external parties.
Essential Functions: - Collaborating with Employer and Health Solutions sales teams to understand prospect needs and capabilities, offering sales support and delivering tailored presentations and demos which speak to processes, technical and program solutions which progress a pitch toward a signed deal.
- Present and demo solution specific presentations to prospect. Become an essential part of the demo process within the organization including positioning, flow, etc. Take ownership of presenting and solutioning demos during Employer and Health solutions sales.
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects and clients through interpreting their requirements and helping to design value-add strategies to win sales in collaboration with our Employer and Health Solutions sales directors and our Product, Systems and Security teams.
- Coordinating across cross-functional teams including product, technical, project management, marketing, actuarial and leadership to investigate, agree and package recommendations that the Vitality organization is positioned to support.
- Collaborate closely with teams beyond pre-sales and sales team to shape the future of our solution and GTM strategy.
- Gaining insight on prospect KPIs to recommend solutions and plans that drive toward greatest shared value and set the relationship up for long-term success.
- Packaging and agreeing reasonable, custom solutions and plan to hand off for smooth implementations that build trust with the prospect and set up a strong relationship that can grow.
- Ability to understand, at a high level, Vitality infrastructure and talk through technical aspects with prospects directly.
- Maintain current, deep knowledge of Vitality products and their evolution, from a functional, technical and configuration perspective. Awareness and knowledge of all features, configurability and capability of products in current state and future state.

- Demonstrated experience within the US health and wellness industry, and knowledgeable on the challenges faced by the healthcare market.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing changing conditions.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments and complete high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines dictated by prospects, consultants and clients.
- Positive, collegial approach and a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Drive and Outlook.
- Bachelors degree, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development/sales operations or a similar field (account management, marketing, communications).
