HTS Ag, a leading company in the farming industry, is seeking a highly motivated Precision Ag Technician to join our team. This individual will be a key player in helping our customers improve yields and increase margins through the use of precision technology. At HTS Ag, we are dedicated to partnering with producers and utilizing the latest technology to create customized solutions that are tailored to each farming operation, all while having a positive impact on the environment. As a Precision Ag Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and provide them with valuable insights that will help them make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate precision agricultural equipment and software for customers
• Assist customers with the interpretation and analysis of data from precision agriculture systems
• Develop and deliver training programs to customers on how to accurately use and maintain precision agriculture technology
• Collaborate with sales team to help promote and sell precision agriculture technology to new and existing customers
• Troubleshoot and repair precision agriculture equipment and software
• Keep up to date with the latest precision agriculture technology to provide our customers with the most innovative solutions
• Manage and organize customer data to ensure it is accessible to both the customer and our team

Requirements

• High School diploma, with Associates or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Experience in precision agriculture technology preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of precision agriculture software, hardware, and equipment
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair precision agriculture equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel to meet with customers as needed
