Title:  Precision Assembler
Location: Mentor, OH 44060
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Monday - Friday from 2:30pm - 10:30pm

Job Description
• Performs assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment.
• Learn and carry out detailed work instructions.
• Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses.
• Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions.
• Promote and support a safe working environment.
• Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment, or processes.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
• Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment.
• Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include Safety Observations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates.
