Machining Manufacturing and Tooling Engineer Machinist CNC Programmer 5-axis Mills Lathes Machining Centers MasterCAM Tool Design Sales Support Process Development _ (link removed)

SALES SUPPORT POSITION IN SHOWROOM MACHINE TOOL DEMONSTRATION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Seeking a well versed engineer to lead client driven custom development from concept to delivered manufacturing cell.

Act as a liason between clients, sales and manufacturing teams by developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing machining processes, equipment and tooling for customers uniques applications.

Shall;

*** Assess designs for manufacturability

*** Work closely with the internal machine shop, and external manufacturing suppliers to reduce costs and risk associated with manufacturing complex components.

*** Calculate production, labor, material costs and review production schedules

*** Provide engineering support for capital equipment purchases, installation, maintenance and training.

*** Interpret CAD drawings to develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machines

Requires;

*** Experience writing CNC programs for multi-axis machining

*** Ability to design and interpret 2D/3D modeling

*** BS in Engineering

*** Working knowledge of ERP and MRP software
