The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of all estimating and preconstruction activities on commercial building projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares/reviews all estimates and preconstruction activities in the Building division to ensure coordination and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of each project (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction).

Ensures accurate estimates for material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, and construction facilities.

Coordinates the assembly of the preconstruction material for presentation purposes to the Owner (i.e., Design Development estimates or Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) booklets, etc.).

Ensures compliance with all specifications, contract requirements, and Bid Invitations.

Reviews cost estimates for customer proposals, considering general and special conditions.
