We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for Pre Sales/Telesales.
Convincing customers on projects and scheduling the meeting with the sales team and arranging the site visit.
Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with clients & explain about sites.
Lookingfor good convincing skill.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the company's properties and their features and benefits
- Assist potential clients with the pre-sales process, including providing information about properties, pricing, and financing options
- Guide clients through site visits, providing them with a detailed tour of the properties
- Address any inquiries or concerns that clients may have, providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions
- Ensure that all pre-sales activities are performed in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market in Bangalore
Qualification / Education and other Requirements:
- Education- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
- Decision making skills.
- Strong negotiation skills
