O2B Kids is a GROWING education company and is a part of the O2B Early Education family of brands. We are currently looking for a preschool director within the Coon Rapids area for our BRAND NEW location opening early 2024. We currently have four centers in this region and expect rapdi growth the addition of Coon Rapids and four others within a short time. We'd love discuss if this position, or possibly another, is right for you.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with parents daily
- Assist with the hiring of all staff
- Staffing of facility
- Uphold licensing requirements
- Support the director/facility manager
- Staff training and conflict resolution
- Parent meetings
- Attend corporate director trainings & meetings
- Maintain center enrollment
- Have fun!
Requirements
- CDA, Associates Degree, or higher
- Active Director Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
- Management experience
