Job title: Pricing Manager


Location: Gurugram

Pricing manager will be responsible for driving Price realization, Margin and Market share for Philips Healthcare in India Subcontinent India / Bangladesh / Nepal / Bhutan / Sri Lanka (link removed) The incumbent will be have to work in conjunction with Global pricing team , Sales , Finance & Product teams to devise and execute pricing Strategy in market (link removed)>Your role:

Increasing Price realization in market for both equipment and Service , through thorough data analytics on past orders / Win Loss / Market competitiveness (link removed)>Devising Pricing strategy through Segmentation Customer / geographic.
Responsible for freezing market Prices for Sales team for each modality after agreement with Global and product teams.
Responsible for Deal to Deal Pricing and approvals on system
Increasing margins by guiding Sales team on Value selling / solutions for the customer
Responsible for evaluating deal holistically on equipment + Service + Financials and delivering appropriate margins on the deal.
Responsible for increasing market share across modalities (link removed)>Managing cross-functional Local & Global alignment and multiple stakeholders across functions.
Managing Sales incentive program on Price Realizations- Target deployment / monthly reporting


Major Challenges
:
Managing various stake owners including Sales team , Finance & Global team
Increasing price Realization in competitive market , through value selling design and strategy

You're the right fit if:

5-8 years of experience in Pricing , Customer & Geographic Segmentation (link removed)>Over 3 years of work experience in healthcare.
Decision making Multi Modality pricing decisions.
Financial acumen Margin delivery, in conjunction with market share.
Business Acumen: business awareness and ability to identify new opportunities.
Work well with diverse team across different geography and various level of the organization.
