Opportunity to join a growing dynamic and well established general Primary Care and Cardiology Practice with Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home certification We are proud to have served the local community for more than 30 years and enjoy a great reputation and patient loyalty This practice is owned and operated by 4 full time Physicians and this opportunity has owner partner tract potential This full time primary care practice opportunity will allow great flexibility in your schedule with minimal call responsibilities every 5th night and 5th weekend telephone call only No hospital coverage and limited nursing home responsibility with potential to grow possible Because we are independently owned and managed by clinicians we put a premium on having an enjoyable work environment and our staff is like family We have exceptional Provider focused support staff with low turnover and experienced Medical Assistant support for a most efficient workflow We have a low volume patient centered approach to care and we put a premium on quality of life and practice culture We have a mature ancillary services department and offer our patients access to Echocardiography Vascular and General Ulstrasound and Nuclear Stress testing We are offering a competitive Salary Profit Sharing 401K comprehensive short term and long term disability coverage with a potential tract for partnership ownership in the future
