Company is searching for an experiencedPrincipal C#Software Engineerwho will be responsible for developing Software and Tools that enable Reporting and Data Analytics to deliver impactful reports in a fast and scalable way. You will help grow, mentor, and shape a team of individuals to help our team achieve its (link removed) This Role You Will:Design and Develop Pipelines, Tools, and Integrations to aid in Data Analytics and Report creation.Maintain and enhance existing Pipelines, Tools, and Integrations.Be a technical leader of the team, including screening and hiring.Troubleshoot system problems in production or design by investigating issues related to product performance or production difficulties.Demonstrate passion about building high quality software that addresses customer needs, love solving problems and facing new challenges.Be a proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with creative and technical peers.Work in a dynamic Agile/Scrum based environment.Be open to travel to client sites (travel up to 5%).What Youll NeedBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.8+ years professional experience developing software applications.Experience with Object Oriented design using C# with Databases (SQL).Experience with Linux and/or Unix-based systems.Experience with the design, development, and deployment of data acquisition and pipelining solutions for robotics and/or automation equipment such as PLCs.Excellent software design and implementation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support unscheduled events.Ability to be a self-starter and highly motivated.Some knowledge of containerization (Docker, etc.) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, etc.) is desirable.
