Principal Consultant will be a voice and data Resource and will interview County personnel to complete the assessments of the current voice and data networks to develop migration requirements. Deliverables include:
o Define the current state for the County by interviewing County stakeholders to understand current voice challenges, business needs, and expected outcomes. Analyze responses and recommend migration plans. Analysis shall include current-state / future-state gap analysis.

o Develop user/site personas and customer journeys.
o Define desired expected outcome and business requirements after migration.
o Perform analysis of information gathered during discussions with County personnel and recommendations.
