The Opportunity

We are looking for an individual who thrives in ambiguity with high initiative, a strategic mindset and approach, and customer experience strategy talent. Principal Digital Strategist on the Value Realization team is a data-driven, highly quantitative expert savvy at navigating customer orgs to drive measurable impact, no matter the headwinds. This leader role will focus on value measurement framework, cross-Adobe stack value realization through driving integrated customer journeys and people and process recommendations.

  • Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and encourage senior executives.
  • Lead and drive sophisticated cross-functional teams towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision making and customer value delivery in a matrixed organization
  • Develop strategies that address clients organization capability evolution, cultural advantage, and technology fitness.
  • Regularly connect with customers to identify customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborating across multiple functional domains (Adobe and customer) fluently and easily, and leading difficult conversations to logical and objective conclusions with an action plan to move forward.
  • Evaluate measurement criteria to identify and calculate opportunities for lift, new revenue streams and cost reduction strategies, with a strong focus on customer journeys that outline specific cross-solution use cases.
  • Develop and implement tailored programs that provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals and drive long-term account growth for broader customers.
  • Identify problems in need of solutions within our practice, and lead the development of creative and effective solutions to strong outcomes.
  • Lead, coach and mentor Digital Performance Strategy team members on Value Realization

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years experience in value measurement, business modeling, and other quantitative strategies oriented towards the impacts of digital Customer Experience strategy
  • 5+ years in consulting for a top management or digital consulting firm
  • Multiple referenceable experiences driving programs and delivery for the Adobe Digital Experience stack such as Adobe Experience Platform, Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Willingness to travel (expect up to 30% at times)
  • MBA preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $147,100 -- $287,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
